Bidders must possess the qualifications of an independent legal entity, be capable of undertaking this project, and be reputable manufacturers or agents. China Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd. will conduct a qualification review of the bidders and issue the bidding documents to those who meet the requirements.
3、Obtaining bidding documents
a.Location for distribution of bidding documents: Project Department of CNBM (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd., No. 6, Ru'an South Road, Industrial Cluster Zone, Ruyang County, Luoyang City.
b.Time for obtaining bidding documents: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Beijing time, excluding statutory holidays) every day from April 9, 2024 to April 19, 2024.
4、Information related to bidding and bid opening
a.Bid submission deadline and bid opening time: 10:00 a.m. on April 23, 2024 (subject to change, please refer to the company website for further notice)
b.Time for determining the bid-winning result: after the review is completed
c.Location: Project Department of China Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd
d.Other relevant matters: Bidding documents submitted after the deadline or not sealed in accordance with the bidding documents will not be accepted.
